Triavo Health was founded by three brothers: Joel, Justin, and Jared Rhoads. After successfully selling the last pharmacy they owned in 2014, Joel and Justin launched a pharmacy consulting firm called Diversified Pharmacy Solutions. In 2019, they welcomed Jared to the team, who brought over 20 years of valuable experience from the corporate healthcare sector. This fresh energy and insight inspired a transformation, leading to the renaming of Diversified Pharmacy Solutions to Triavo Health.
As we broadened our focus from just pharmacy to the entire healthcare landscape, our team dedicated years to building trust with a diverse range of clients. From hospice and home health to pharmacy and medical staffing, as well as SUD owners and buyers, our reputation for closing deals while forging strong relationships has been vital to our success. We’re excited about the future and committed to making a positive impact in the healthcare industry!
