About Elyse Rafacz
Elyse Rafacz serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships
She started her career off by working in her father’s medical practice where she was responsible for different aspects of the business. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 2007 she moved on to an orthopedic surgeon’s office providing surgery scheduling, coding, billing and medical dictation.
The military moved her husband and family to the east coast where she discovering another aspect of healthcare support where she spent time recruiting for two different large health systems.
She has over 10 years of experience working in healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition where she most recently had the primary focus of hospice and home health.
Elyse currently lives in Florida with her husband, who serves in the Air Force, and their two children.
